Central Cape St Francis:

The area within close walking distance of the shops and main swimming beach. Along with the Wild Side, this area was the first area settled by those pioneers to Cape St Francis and includes some of the oldest properties and unique architecture that one will see in the area.

In terms of property values, this is a sought after area and these values increase accordingly as the proximity to and views of the main beach area improve. The Cape St Francis beach is probably one of the most magnificent along the Eastern Cape coast. The surfing point, known as “Seals”, was featured in the famous Endless Summer movie.

This area includes the coveted stretch of Seal Point Boulevard where the properties all have immediate access to the swimming beach and surfing point.
